My Steamd Bread Recipe
In Japan in 864, Kikai went China. After living there for two years, he returned to Japan. At that time he bought back a lot of scriptures and food. It inclided Steamed bread. From there it spread to Japan.

40 grams suger
50 cc milk
100 grams cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
