Local cuisine of Nagano

Hallo!
Today, I made a local cuisine from Nagano and will introduce it. 

I made Nira Senbei. When I was kindergartener, my grandmother made it and I was eating it with my cousin. So, It's been about 13 years since I have eaten this!




It' is between a snack and a meal. it made from only Nira and flour so the texture is chewy.

It doesn't have any flavor, so it's very delisious with soy sauce.
Even if you can not eat Nira, I think you can eat this. Actually I was like that.
